If you don’t receive an automatic reply it means we are not aware of any request, as it effectively didn’t arrive to our support servers. So, if you mail us directly to support@hiline-lighting.co.uk or .com, you should keep an eye out for a message of acknowledgment from us, informing you that you will receive a response soon. If you don't receive this, contact us via chat support or by giving us a call.
