Q: I need to make a few small runs of LED Strip but I'm not sure how I should cut them to fit.
A: Typically, cuts to our LED Strips can be made every 5cm or 10cm, depending on how many LEDs per meter there is. LED Strips with more LEDs per meter, tend to have shorter cutting points. Locating these areas is simple; just look for exposed copper contacts, which have a cutting line through the middle.
Be very careful when making a cut and stay along the line, in to avoid damaging any other part of the strip.
